In 2014, after four years of diligently growing our business from scratch, our family was blessed with the arrival of twins, making our household a family of seven, and it felt like a beautiful completion. This significant moment inspired us to rebrand our company, transitioning from Divine PM to Sevyn & Co. Real Estate & Property Management. Over the course of 14 years, we've encountered both challenges and victories, but this journey isn't just about our business—it's our cherished family legacy.

Melina is a property manager, realtor, wife and mother of 5.

With more than 13 years experience in property management, and real estate, Melina knows a thing or two on what it takes to market and manage single and multi-family homes, increasing revenue and occupancy during peak and off-peak seasons.

With her innate love of beautiful homes, traveling and helping others, Melina is here to share those things with others by providing renters with a cared for place to call home + the education to become homeowners themselves, and property owners with an amazing full-service property management experience.

Tiyodi is a property manager, realtor, husband and father of 5.

As the Co-Founder of Sevyn & Co. His entrepreneurial spirit fueled his determination to change the image, conversation, and culture of the real estate & property management industry.

In 2010, he was inspired alongside his wife to build a first-class minority owned and operated boutique Real Estate & Management company. A company that aims to improve the industry appreciation of minority businesses and their capability to do excellent work alongside our counterparts.

He continues to satisfy his ultimate objective, which is to serve all clients with respect, dignity, and fairness by means of excellent service and unbiased pricing; to ultimately give clients a peace of mind.
